    Great place for chicken tenders!! Not your ordinary tender meal. We shared a full Urban Chicken order and it was plenty for two. We had the original country heat as we're not really spicy food people. It was very flavorful. We may even try the mild seasoning option on our next visit. Very clean establishment, and fast, friendly, high quality service!! Definitely give it a try when you are near Webster!

    Great service and delicious food. There are a few events we all can experience when our lives define us, instead of the other way around: when you win your first fight, when you lose your first fight, and when you bite into a good Nashville Hot chicken tender.     This is our first time trying this place and we loved it! The chicken and fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned! Their bird sauce is good too, goes very will with the chicken creating a perfect combo! Their shakes are delicious too. The place is clean, spacious with great casual vibes. The staff were friendly and the service was quick even though it was a busy evening! 10/10!!

    The hot chicken is always on point here. I love the spicy! It has so much flavor. I love the different kind of fries they offer. I usually get the urban fries but those elote fries slap also! The bird sauce is yummy!

    Urban Bird has been one of my go-to spots for a while now, and the food consistently delivers! On my latest to-go order, I got the BBQ Urban Fries (with the fries on the side), which came with mac & cheese, and I added the mild Nashville chicken. Sidenote * they do have different heat levels. I also grabbed a large strawberry lemonade, extra sauce, and a side of Hot Cheetos dust. Everything was packed well, and the flavors were fire. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the sauces put everything on point, and that lemonade hit the spot. The service was quick and the vibe at this location is always welcoming, even for takeout. I've never had any issues before until this visit. When I got home, my mac & cheese was cold. I called to let them know, but instead of any sort of resolution, I was told, "The chef said the food was hot," while I was literally reheating it in the microwave. I had no reason to lie and didn't wanna go back and forth. I was a little disappointed, especially since I come quite a bit. I just wish the staff had handled that small situation with a bit more understanding, sometimes a simple "we're sorry" goes a long way. Still, this place is a favorite of mine, and one cold side won't stop me from coming back. I just hope in the future they handle things like that with a bit more care. Pro tip: Don't skip the Hot Cheetos dust it takes everything to the next level! That's just my opinion. Just a note to management: small gestures go a long way when something's off. A little acknowledgment or a quick fix would've made this review a perfect 5 stars.

    Getting our food was kinda slow for only 3 customers, so I knew I was getting something fresh & not something that has been sitting out! We took our 2 sandwiches, Urban Fries, and Sweet Potato Fries to go, but the atmosphere of the dining area was cozy while we waited. The cashier was very helpful and patient while we figured out what we wanted, as it was our first time. All of our food was still hot when we got it home & was one of the best takeout meals I've had in a minute. Definitely can't wait to try out more of their food in the future!!

    Our first time here. I exactly was looking at and interested in Chronic Fries on Google to only find out they are all in one. So, we choose the Bird Pack to share. It was more than enough to feed this family of four! Even the kids enjoyed all the food..Are sides were waffles, fries, and Mac-n-cheese. It was delicious and we still have leftovers

    David made it an amazing visit. Great customer service. The food was top notch and it is an absolute value for the giant amount of food. Waffles are good, and very creamy custard. The buffalo chicken fry meal is another thing I will for sure be back for. I cannot remember better mac and cheese.
